Health data is a matter of trust. This is how we protect what you entrust to us.
Encrypted transmission
Every connection to easyall.ch runs exclusively over TLS-encrypted channels (HTTPS). Unencrypted access is technically impossible.
Stored in Switzerland
Your data is stored in Switzerland (AWS data center Zurich). For individual AI features, content is processed by our AI provider as set out in the privacy policy — transparently disclosed, never hidden.
Additional field encryption
Beyond transport encryption, particularly sensitive details such as your AHV number and IBAN are stored in individually encrypted form. Even with database access, they remain unreadable.
AI with clear limits
Our AI reads uploaded policies and answers questions — it never makes decisions. Only you answer the health questions, sign and enter your payment details.
Account & access
Passwords are stored exclusively as modern hashes, sessions are secured, and admin access is role-restricted and logged.
Your rights (FADP)
You are entitled to information, correction and deletion of your data at any time. Details and the contact route are in the privacy policy.
