2. FINMA registration

easyall GmbH is entered in the public register of the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA as an untied insurance intermediary (register no. F01522147). Responsible registered person: Furkan Akin (register no. F01540224). You can verify the entries at any time at finma.ch/vermittler.

3. Status: untied intermediary

We act as an untied insurance intermediary within the meaning of Art. 40 et seq. ISA and are not bound by loyalty to any individual insurance company. For basic insurance (KVG) we compare all Swiss health insurers; supplementary insurance (VVG) we broker for our partner insurers.

4. Compensation (Art. 45b ISA)

We are compensated exclusively by the insurers; we do not charge you any fees. The caps of Industry Agreement 3.0 apply: basic insurance max. CHF 70 per insured person, supplementary insurance max. 16 net monthly premiums per conclusion. The effective rates follow from the respective partner agreement. Of the commission effectively received by us (after deduction of the 10% cancellation reserve) we pass on 40% to you as a one-time cashback; you see the exact amount before submitting your application.

5. Training and education (Art. 43 ISA)

Our registered persons have the skills and knowledge required for the activity according to the industry standard (VBV/Cicero) and complete the recertifications required by FINMA. We will gladly provide proof of training on request.

6. Liability

easyall GmbH is liable for breaches of due diligence in its intermediary activity. Professional indemnity insurance for financial losses arising from the intermediary activity exists to the legally required extent (Art. 41 para. 2 let. c ISA).

7. Data processing

We process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. Particularly sensitive data (especially health data) is processed only with your explicit consent and passed on exclusively to the insurer you have chosen.
