1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the use of the website and services of easyall GmbH, Stäffiserweg 13, 4500 Solothurn, Switzerland (hereinafter “easyall”).

By using our website and/or registering a user account, you agree to these GTC.

2. Services

easyall offers the following services:

Comparison calculator: A free online comparison of health insurance premiums (basic and supplementary insurance) from various Swiss insurance companies.
Insurance brokerage: The option to submit an insurance application directly to the chosen insurance company via our platform.
Cashback programme: If you successfully take out supplementary insurance via our platform, you receive cashback in accordance with the conditions applicable at the time.
Referral programme: You can invite other people to our platform and receive a referral bonus if they successfully take out insurance.

3. Use of the platform

3.1 Comparison calculator

Use of the comparison calculator is free of charge and possible without registration. The premiums displayed are indicative and may differ from the actual premiums of the insurance companies. The information provided by the respective insurance company is always authoritative.

3.2 User account

Certain functions (e.g. submitting applications, cashback, referral programme) require a user account. You are obliged to provide truthful information and to keep your login credentials confidential.

3.3 User obligations

You undertake:

Not to provide false or misleading information
Not to misuse the platform
Not to perform automated access (scraping, bots)
Not to infringe the rights of third parties

4. Insurance brokerage

easyall acts as an untied insurance intermediary within the meaning of the Insurance Supervision Act (ISA). We are not tied to any particular insurance company and may broker products from various providers.

The insurance contract is concluded exclusively between you and the respective insurance company. easyall is not a party to the insurance contract.

You are responsible for the information you provide in the insurance application, in particular in the health questionnaire. False or incomplete information may result in the insurance contract being contested.

5. Cashback programme

When you successfully take out supplementary insurance via our platform, you receive as cashback 40% of the commission easyall effectively receives from the insurer (after deduction of the industry-standard cancellation reserve; according to the conditions valid at the time). The concrete amount is shown to you in the calculator before you apply.

The cashback entitlement only arises once the insurance company has confirmed the conclusion of the contract and any applicable withdrawal period has expired.

easyall reserves the right to adjust the cashback conditions at any time. Cashback amounts already confirmed remain unaffected.

Cashback requires that easyall actually receives a commission from the insurer for the brokered policy. Cashback amounts shown on the platform are non-binding estimates; the entitlement only arises once the policy has come into force and the insurer has paid the commission to easyall.

No cashback is paid for applications to the insurer with which the applicant is already insured, or to a company of the same insurance group (e.g. Galenos/sana24 belong to the Visana group, Avenir/Philos to Groupe Mutuel). Insurers pay no new-customer commission for existing customers; such applications may be rejected by easyall.

If a brokered policy is cancelled within the insurer’s clawback period or the commission is reclaimed, the cashback entitlement lapses and any cashback already paid must be refunded.

6. Referral programme

Registered users receive a personal referral link. If a referred person takes out insurance via this link, the referrer receives a bonus of 10% of the commission easyall effectively receives from the referred person's contract.

Misuse of the referral programme (e.g. spam, false identities) leads to exclusion and the loss of any claims.

7. Prices and remuneration

Use of the comparison calculator and the platform is free of charge for end customers. easyall is financed by brokerage commissions paid by the insurance companies.

All premiums and prices displayed on the platform are non-binding indicative values without guarantee. They are based on the tariff data available to us and may deviate from the actual offer; changes and errors are reserved. Solely the premiums and conditions confirmed by the insurer in the insurance policy are authoritative and binding.

8. Liability

easyall excludes all liability for damages to the extent permitted by law. In particular:

The premiums and information displayed are indicative values without guarantee.
easyall is not liable for the accuracy of data provided by insurance companies.
easyall is not liable for decisions made by insurance companies (e.g. rejection of an application).
Liability for indirect damages, lost profits and data loss is excluded.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the website (texts, graphics, logos, software) is the property of easyall GmbH and protected by copyright. Any use without written consent is prohibited.

10. Data protection

The handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these GTC.

11. Changes to the GTC

easyall reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. The amended GTC will be published on the website and take effect upon publication. Registered users will be informed of significant changes by email.

12. Termination

You may delete your user account at any time. easyall may block or delete user accounts in the event of a breach of these GTC. Existing cashback claims will be settled in accordance with the conditions valid at the time of conclusion.

13. Final provisions

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Solothurn, Canton of Solothurn, Switzerland. Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
