Information on insurance intermediation (Art. 45 VAG)

Intermediary: easyall GmbH, Stäffiserweg 13, 4500 Solothurn (UID CHE-340.663.846).
Status: untied insurance intermediary — not bound to any individual insurance company. FINMA registration submitted; the register number will be shown here once the process is complete (verification: finma.ch).
Compensation: easyall is compensated by the insurers (basic insurance max. CHF 70 per person, supplementary insurance max. 16 net monthly premiums per contract). We pass on to you 40% of the commission we effectively receive (after deduction of the industry-standard cancellation reserve of 10%) as cashback; we disclose effective amounts on request.
Liability: easyall GmbH is liable for breaches of the duty of care in the intermediation.
Education and training: in accordance with Art. 43 VAG (industry standard VBV/Cicero); proof available on request.
Data processing: in accordance with our privacy policy; health data is only processed with your express consent.
