easyall GmbH, Stäffiserweg 13, 4500 Solothurn, Switzerland. UID: CHE-340.663.846. Email: info@easyall.ch. Operator of the online platform easyall.ch.
2. FINMA registration
easyall GmbH is entered in the public register of the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA as an untied insurance intermediary (register no. F01522147). Responsible registered person: Furkan Akin (register no. F01540224). You can verify the entries at any time at www.finma.ch/de/ueberwachung/versicherungsvermittler/registersuche.
3. Status: untied intermediary
We act as an untied insurance intermediary within the meaning of Art. 40 et seq. VAG. We are not tied to any insurance company and are in a fiduciary relationship (Treueverhältnis) with you as the policyholder. Our services are aimed at persons resident in Switzerland. In basic insurance (Health Insurance Act, KVG), we compare the health insurers that are included in our comparison; some health insurers are currently not included. We compare and broker supplementary insurance (Insurance Contract Act, VVG) only for our partner insurers. Distribution channel and advice: comparison, advice and conclusion of the contract take place digitally via easyall.ch. We do not engage in telephone cold calling; you start the comparison and the application yourself via easyall.ch. The platform identifies your needs from your details and, using fixed rules for which easyall is responsible, produces a reasoned recommendation from them based on recorded product and benefit data with source references. Neither the compensation we receive from the insurers nor the cashback is factored into the recommendation or into the sorting of the comparison. The decision is yours. Our support is available by email and chat if you have questions. easy and the chat assistant are AI-supported assistants of the platform; the platform's rules and the insurance conditions are authoritative.
4. Compensation (Art. 45b VAG)
We are compensated for the intermediation exclusively by the insurers; we do not charge you any fees. The compensation is an acquisition commission per contract brokered; some insurers may additionally pay volume-based or portfolio-based compensation, which is not factored into the cashback. The caps of the health insurers' industry agreement (Branchenvereinbarung, BVV 3.0), which the Federal Council has declared generally binding to that extent, are authoritative: basic insurance a maximum of CHF 70 per insured person, supplementary insurance a maximum of 16 net monthly premiums (premium as invoiced) per contract concluded. The actual rates follow from the respective partner agreement and differ from insurer to insurer; they currently range between 10 and 16 net monthly premiums per supplementary insurance, capped at a maximum amount in francs for some products; in basic insurance, they amount to a maximum of CHF 70 per person. We show you the expected compensation for your application before you sign. On request, we disclose to you the amounts actually received. The compensation for basic insurance remains entirely with easyall; we do not grant any cashback on basic insurance. If you take out supplementary insurance through us, we pass on to you 40% of the commission, after a flat deduction of 10% for cancellation risk, as a one-time cashback. For some insurers, a lower rate or a maximum amount applies. The amount we show you before you submit your application is authoritative; it changes only for the reasons set out in the General Terms and Conditions (GTC, section 5.3), for example if the premium according to the policy is higher or lower. For an application covering several persons, we calculate the cashback from the supplementary insurance of all insured persons and pay it to the applicant. The cashback becomes due no earlier than 15 days after the start of the supplementary insurance, provided that the insurer has accepted the application, the supplementary insurance is in force and you have not revoked your application; we transfer it within 30 days of the due date to an account held in your name. If the supplementary insurance ends before two years have elapsed since its start, the cashback may be reclaimed (in full in the first year, half in the second year). The details are set out in the GTC (section 5).
5. Conflicts of interest (Art. 45a VAG)
As an untied intermediary, we are compensated by the insurers (see the section on compensation). This may give rise to conflicts of interest, which we disclose to you: the commission, and therefore also your cashback, differs in amount by insurer and product. We compare and broker supplementary insurance only for insurers with which we work (partner insurers); in basic insurance, some health insurers are currently not included in our comparison. We do not accept applications to your current insurer or to a company of the same insurance group, because insurers generally pay no commission for these; for changes, contact your insurer directly. For you, this may mean that a suitable offer is missing from our comparison or cannot be taken out through us. Some insurers compensate us only for certain types of contract or persons, for example only for multi-year contracts or only up to a certain age. If an insurer compensates only multi-year contracts, we offer its products through easyall only in this form and point this out to you in the application; if we receive no compensation for a person, there is no cashback for that person, which you can see from the amount shown before you submit. Our safeguards: the sorting in the comparison (by premium or, if you choose, alphabetically) and our recommendation take into account neither commission nor cashback; we tell you openly how we are compensated; the decision is yours.
6. Education and training (Art. 43 VAG)
The person registered with FINMA has passed the “Versicherungsvermittler/in VBV” examination. Proof is available on request.
7. Liability
easyall GmbH is liable in accordance with the statutory provisions for breaches of the duty of care in its intermediation activity (details: GTC section 8). Professional indemnity insurance covering financial losses arising from the intermediation activity is in place to the extent required by law (Art. 41 para. 2 let. d VAG in conjunction with Art. 189 of the Insurance Supervision Ordinance, AVO).
8. Data processing
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We process the health information in your application only for that application and only with your express consent, which you give when submitting it; it is passed on only to the insurer you have chosen. We do not store any health information in saved draft applications. The insurer you have chosen receives your application details and documents, your current insurer receives any termination letter, and our bank receives the data needed for payouts of cashback and referral bonuses. If you registered through a referral, the referring person sees your first name and the date of your registration, but not your insurer, your premiums or your cashback (GTC section 6.5). In addition, we use contractually bound service providers that store or transmit data on our behalf (e.g. database and documents at Amazon Web Services in the Zurich region, sending of emails). Other recipients, such as authorities where we are obliged to disclose data, are listed in the Privacy Policy. For the chat assistant, easy and the reading of uploaded policies, we use the AI service provider Anthropic; processing takes place in the USA, among other places, and is based on the standard contractual clauses in Anthropic's standard terms. In messages to the chat assistant and to easy, we replace detected health information with a placeholder before transmission; however, we cannot rule out transmission entirely. We transmit uploaded policies in full. Please therefore do not provide any health information in the chat, and cover up any such information in a policy before uploading it. We do not ask for the AHV number (Swiss social security number); if an insurer needs it, it can ask you for it directly. To document the intermediation, we record your inputs and interactions on the platform (calculator, policy import, easy, chat, application) in an internal activity log. For each application, we create an advisory record, which you will find in your customer account. Of our records, the insurer routinely receives at most the advisory record; we disclose extracts from the activity log only if we are obliged to do so, for example in the event of a complaint or spot check under the health insurers' industry agreement, or if this is necessary to protect our rights. You can request the activity log for a submitted application at any time at info@easyall.ch. We retain the evidence of the intermediation (including your details and the chosen products, the status of the application, your consents, this Initial Information, the advisory record together with the activity log, and termination letters and proof of dispatch) until ten years after the end of the year in which the intermediation was completed (Art. 127 of the Code of Obligations, OR); if no contract was concluded, for example because the insurer rejected the application or the application was withdrawn, revoked or closed, for seven years. We retain accounting records, for example on commissions, cashback and referral bonuses, for ten years (Art. 958f OR). We retain your answers to the health questions, uploaded health documents, the health declaration for your application, the bank details from the application, the signature images and copies of IDs and policies until the insurer has decided, the notice of termination has been sent and any queries have been dealt with; draft applications that have not been submitted, as long as you can still continue the application. For these data, we are currently setting up automatic deletion (transitional arrangement): health information, bank details and signature images 90 days after the insurer's decision or the closing of the application (signature images not before the notice of termination has been sent), copies of IDs and policies six months after the insurer's decision and the completed termination, drafts two years after the last change; after that, we retain the health declaration for your application, together with the evidence, only for contracts that have been concluded. Until then, we review our holdings at least monthly. Details can be found in the Privacy Policy in the section “Retention period”.
9. Questions and complaints
For questions or complaints you can reach us at info@easyall.ch or via the contact form. We are subject to the supervision of FINMA.
